Special Purpose Acquisition Companies, Shell Companies, and Projections; Correction
The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a correction to an amendatory instruction in Release No. 33–11265 regarding Special Purpose Acquisition Companies, Shell Companies, and Projections. The correction modifies the instruction for amending § 210.1–02 to specify that only paragraph (d) and the introductory text of paragraph (w)(1) are being revised. This final rule is effective July 1, 2024.
