Suspicious Activity Report by Insurance Companies
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network invites public comment on a draft form, FinCEN Form 108 (SAR-IC), intended for use by insurance companies to report suspicious transactions. The notice requests feedback on the proposed information collection, including its necessity, burden estimates, and quality, with comments due by January 3, 2006.
