Technical Amendments to Commission Rules and Forms
The Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting technical amendments to various rules and forms under the Securities Act, Securities Exchange Act, Investment Company Act, and Investment Advisers Act to correct typographical errors and erroneous cross-references. These revisions update references to superseded NASD rules in favor of FINRA rules, correct obsolete filing fee table references in Forms N-2 and N-14, and remove an erroneously included authority provision from Part 275. The amendments also restore inadvertently removed language in Rule 27i-1 and conform Rule 30-5 to standard paragraph numbering structures.
