The Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission jointly extend the compliance date for the 2024 amendments to Form PF from October 1, 2025, to October 1, 2026. This further delay allows regulators additional time to complete a substantive review of the rule in accordance with a January 2025 Presidential Memorandum regarding potential questions of fact, law, or policy. The extension permits private fund advisers to continue filing under the current Form PF requirements while the Commissions assess whether further amendments are necessary.
