Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted amendments to Volume II of the EDGAR Filer Manual and Rule 301 of Regulation S-T to align with EDGAR Release 25.2 and the EDGAR Next rulemaking. Version 75, effective July 1, 2025, implements schema changes for Form N-CEN, removes obsolete submission types, and corrects technical errata. Version 76, effective September 15, 2025, mandates multifactor authentication and updates access procedures to fully implement the EDGAR Next account management requirements.
