The Division of Market Oversight grants time-limited no-action relief to Southwest Airlines and its counterparties, extending the real-time public reporting deadline for long-dated Brent and WTI crude oil swap and swaption contracts to 15 calendar days after execution. This relief applies only to contracts not subject to mandatory clearing requirements with expiration dates at least two years out. The Division will not recommend enforcement action for non-compliance with Section 43.3(a) provided these conditions are met, and the relief expires if the contracts become subject to mandatory clearing or if the Division determines sufficient market liquidity exists to warrant shorter reporting periods.
