Commission’s Organization and Program Management Regulations
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted technical amendments to update information regarding its regional offices within its Organization and Program Management regulations. These changes reflect the closure of the Salt Lake Regional Office and the relocation of other offices, specifically revising section 200.11 to list current addresses and jurisdictions. The Commission determined that these administrative updates do not substantially affect the rights of non-agency parties, allowing the rule to proceed without notice and comment and become effective on December 16, 2024.
