Exchange-Traded Funds
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted Rule 6c-11 to permit eligible exchange-traded funds to operate without obtaining individual exemptive orders. The Commission rescinded prior exemptive relief for covered funds and amended disclosure forms to provide investors with additional information regarding ETF trading and associated costs.
