Inflation Adjustments Under Titles I and III of the JOBS Act
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted final rules to implement statutorily required inflation adjustments under the JOBS Act. The amendments increase the annual gross revenue threshold for emerging growth company status from $1 billion to $1.235 billion. Additionally, the Commission updated dollar amounts in Regulation Crowdfunding, including investor limits and financial statement requirements, to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index.
