Regulatory Flexibility Agenda
The Securities and Exchange Commission publishes its Regulatory Flexibility Agenda, listing rulemaking actions expected to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities. The agenda includes proposed rules for the Division of Corporation Finance, such as amendments to Rule 144 and the rescission of climate-related disclosure rules, as well as actions by the Division of Investment Management and the Division of Trading and Markets. Public comments on the agenda are invited and must be received on or before September 14, 2026.
