The Commission grants an exemption from Rule 14e-5 to permit Market Participant Covered Persons to redeem Shares in Creation Unit size aggregations for the iShares MSCI Frontier 100 ETF and engage in secondary market transactions during tender offers for securities in which the Fund invests. The exemption allows these transactions even if they involve subject or related securities, provided the purchases are not effected for the purpose of facilitating a tender offer and are made as ordinary course adjustments to the Fund's portfolio basket. The relief is conditioned on compliance with Rule 14e-5 except for the specific exemptions granted and is subject to modification or revocation by the Commission.
